We were pleasantly surprised to find such a great eating spot just along the walkway to the beach! It's halaal and Muslim owned. We had a fully loaded pizza to share and ice cream for dessert.

Being on a midweek break, we decided to support majority of Ballito's restaurants, one that really stands out for us: Ashgroves Takeaway. Friendly staff, food was freshly prepared and quickly served. We ordered a dessert to enjoy at the beach, which followed later that day with another dessert and takeaway meals. With a variety of choices, from mouthwatering snacks, desserts and meals for kids to adults, you will find it at Ashgroves Takeaway. Your meals will be served or ask for takeaway to enjoy at the beach or at home. You can find Ashgroves Takeaway on Compensation Road in Ballito, just above Willard beach lifeguard patrolling house and Beachcombers accommodation.

Food was top notch and service was excellent. Nice to have a halaal takeaway on the beachfront. Ordered samosas toasted sandwich and a Russian roll. Make sure you try the homemade prego sauce Everything was great.
